Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Software Integrator or DevOps engineer.
• Experience with Linux CLI.
• Experience writing scripts using Bash/Python.
• Experience with IaC (Infrastructure as Code) principles and automation tools such as SaltStack, Puppet, and Ansible.
• Experience with troubleshooting large Linux Clusters.
• Experience using system monitoring tools such as Prometheus/Grafana.
• Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience using Git for version control.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• HS diploma or GED and 13+ years of experience as a software engineer, software integrator or devops engineer, or Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience as a software engineer, software integrator or devops engineer.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using Helm to deploy Kubernetes applications.
• Experience using GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiar with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and applications.

Responsibilities

• Streamline the software development lifecycle, from requirements to monitoring in production.
• Incorporate open-source tools, automation, and cloud resources to cut down on tedious tasks.
• Implement continuous integration and delivery to limit manual testing and troubleshooting.
• Develop critical tools and get them into the hands of those who need them most.
• Work with the team to create efficient and effective software solutions.
