This role is located in Somerville, MA - We are a hybrid work environment and are in the office 3+ days/per week. Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Exposure and facility with Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible, AWS, Azure, Go, Typescript, Prometheus/Mimir/Thanos, Terraform.
  • Understanding and experience of enterprise data persistence layers (both NoSQL and SQL databases, key/value stores, messaging like AMQP/MQTT, etc).
  • Experience in managing cloud-based workloads at scale and understanding the need for effective observability and monitoring.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with US companies is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with startups is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • The DevOps team is responsible for the development, deployment, health, and management of Tulip’s multi-cloud SaaS environments.
  • The team also owns the CI/CD infrastructure, internally-developed tools, and generally supports developers that are designing and building Tulip applications and services.
  • The role involves being part of an on-call rotation for coverage with the rest of the team.
