About The Position

As a DevOps Engineer on our team, you’ll use your development experience to streamline the software development lifecycle in a multi-cloud Kubernetes environment. Together with a team of experienced professionals, you will support the building and maintenance of a DevSecOps pipeline using the latest open-source technologies. You will use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate everything from configuration management to infrastructure provisioning. Using your software engineering knowledge, you will work with your team to bring other organizations on board with DevOps and champion the adoption of related processes, tools, and roles. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing tools and processes for DevOps or DevSecOps.
• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting CI/CD pipeline issues.
• Experience in Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, and Python or Golang.
• Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions.
• Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date.
• HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience with DevOps, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with DevOps.
• Top Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Jenkins, Gitlab runners, GitHub actions, Terraform, Terragrunt, and Pulumi.
• Experience managing and maintaining ElasticSearch and Kibana.
• Experience creating and improving continuous automation across multiple technical stacks.
• Experience creating and improving continuous deployment tools built on Kubernetes.
• Experience triaging and resolving issues related to both open-source and commercial tools in public cloud environments.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity by automating builds, regression testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments.
• Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness.
• Support the building and maintenance of a DevSecOps pipeline using open-source technologies.
• Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate configuration management and infrastructure provisioning.
• Work with application development teams across the software development lifecycle to create solutions to complex problems.
