Carrier Services plays a meaningful role in delivering a unified customer experience by enabling seamless integration between Apple Retail and Online Stores with major U.S. carriers for iPhone activations. We're looking for a hardworking DevOps Engineer who thrives on solving complex problems and is passionate about modernizing infrastructure using ground breaking, cloud-native technologies. Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer for a big, business-critical application.
• Experience in GitOps such as ArgoCD.
• Hands-on experience with service mesh technologies (particularly Istio).
• Experience with Kubernetes Event-driven Autoscaling (KEDA) and tools like Karpenter for dynamic and efficient workload scaling.
• Proficient in using Git for version control, including experience with branching strategies and collaborative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership capabilities, including the ability to guide a small team and drive innovative, scalable solutions.
• Drive infrastructure related transformation of our application.
• Influence the design, scale, and management of cloud infrastructure and application stacks.
• Apply networking concepts in the DevOps domain.
• Architect, design, and deliver scalable, high-performance software solutions in collaboration with multiple teams.
