About The Position

Carrier Services plays a meaningful role in delivering a unified customer experience by enabling seamless integration between Apple Retail and Online Stores with major U.S. carriers for iPhone activations. We’re looking for a hardworking DevOps Engineer who thrives on solving complex problems and is passionate about modernizing infrastructure using ground breaking, cloud-native technologies. Requirements

• 5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS.
• Hands on expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands on experience with Linux systems and scripting in Python, Bash, or similar for automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.

Nice To Haves

• Experience applying networking concepts in DevOps domain.
• Experience in GitOps such as ArgoCD.
• Experience in cross-functional initiatives, and to architect, design, and deliver scalable, high-performance software solutions in collaboration with multiple teams.
• Hands-on experience with service mesh technologies (particularly Istio), Kubernetes Event-driven Autoscaling (KEDA) and tools like Karpenter for dynamic and efficient workload scaling.
• Proficient in using Git for version control, including experience with branching strategies and collaborative workflows.
