About The Position

Empower Healthcare Through Scalable Innovation. As a key member of our team, you will architect and implement scalable, secure AWS cloud infrastructure, lead Kubernetes-based container orchestration and CI/CD automation, drive cloud migration and replatforming of legacy systems, and champion Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools. You will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize deployment, monitoring, and system health, while mentoring teams and establishing DevOps best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps/Infrastructure roles with proven impact
• Expert-level Kubernetes and AWS experience (certifications preferred)
• Strong background in microservices, distributed systems, and cloud migration
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, Go) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Experience with GitOps, CI/CD tools (ArgoCD), and container technologies (Finch, podman)
