  • Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines in GitLab
  • Manage and operate containerized environments using Kubernetes and Rancher
  • Deploy and monitor workloads in AWS
  • Implement and maintain monitoring and observability systems (Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic APM)
  • Support secure and compliant operations within customer ecosystems
  • Clearly and concisely communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical customers
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
  • 12 years of experience in software development
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes, Rancher, and AWS
  • Familiarity with monitoring stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic APM)
  • Experience creating and maintaining compliant systems within customer environments
  • Experience with NiFi and other customer dataflow tools is a plus
