As a Detection & Investigation Analyst Senior within PNC’s Customer Care Center organization, you will support the Card Loss Prevention Department. You will work in a call center environment primarily handling inbound calls from cardholders that may be returning a call relating to an alert or a security decline on their card. The Card Loss Prevention Department is open 365 days year, 24 hours a day, 7 days week including weekends and all Holidays to provide an exceptional customer experience. Variety of shifts available. All shifts include a weekend day. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC.
