Monitoring customer's surveillance CCTV video alarms and provide customer service with civility, confidentiality, and professionalism, meanwhile ensuring security and safety of our customers with once all resolution, utilizing various software to transmit information and compile reports. Communicating with law enforcement personnel and local security guards to protect the customer’s property. Skills of a Detection Agent: Able to process and review video alarms quickly and accurately. Communicate effectively and efficiently with security, law enforcement, customers and other departments. Able to handle fast paced call center environment while providing a high level of attention to detail. Able to understand execute specific site instructions. Handle each alarm with professionalism, demonstrating good judgment and decision- making skills. Provide accurate documentation of all actions taken in reaction to alarm signal.
