About The Position

The Detailing and Dealership Crew role is a hands-on position focused on ensuring every boat on-site is cleaned, polished, and presented in showroom-ready condition. In addition to detailing, this role supports the sales team through boat check-ins, rigging, inventory movement, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the dealership. Ideal candidates are dependable, task-oriented, and able to work independently with a strong attention to detail. Crew members must be comfortable operating equipment such as trucks, tractors, and utility vehicles to safely maneuver trailers and boats. A professional, safety-conscious, and customer-friendly attitude is essential. This role is part-time with a reliable schedule of up to 29 hours per week. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
On-road towing & trailering experience
Ability to safely operate a pick-up truck and a forklift
Customer service-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets company standards, along with a clear background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a marina or with boats is highly desirable
Knowledge of boating operations, docking, trailering boats, and fueling procedures
Experience operating landscaping or janitorial equipment
Experience operating a forklift

Responsibilities

Detail and prepare boats to showroom-ready condition.
Perform daily opening and closing procedures.
Assist with boat check-ins, rigging, deliveries, and inventory rotation.
Support sales staff in day-to-day tasks to expedite the sales process.
Greet and assist customers with professionalism and a service-minded attitude.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas; restock supplies and empty trash as needed.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain a tidy interior environment.
Mow, trim, and maintain landscaping weekly; perform basic weed control and leaf/debris removal from walkways and parking areas.
Provide assistance during dealership events, both on-site and off-site, including outside normal business hours as needed.
