Detailer
About The Position
We’re looking for a motivated Detailer to join the Lynch Truck Center team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and is interested in growing into the retail truck industry over time. As a Detailer, you’ll work with a wide variety of trucks and equipment, helping keep our inventory clean, presentable, and ready for customer delivery. This role is based indoors in a newly remodeled facility and works closely with sales, service, and the parts department. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience preferred, but not necessary
- Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Must have the ability to multitask in fast paced environments
- Must be dedicated to arriving on time with a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Fully clean the outside and inside of new and used vehicles
- Detail and wash vehicles
- Prepare vehicles for spot delivery in a timely manner
- Help the service department with jobs as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of service department
