About The Position

Job Summary: As an RV Detailer at RV Value Mart, you will be responsible for ensuring that each recreational vehicle (RV) is cleaned, polished, and detailed to the highest standards. Your role will be crucial in preparing RVs for customer delivery, ensuring they meet our quality and presentation standards. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: Exterior Cleaning: Wash and detail RV exteriors, including waxing, polishing, and cleaning windows, tires, and undercarriages. Interior Detailing: Clean and sanitize interior surfaces such as upholstery, carpets, floors, and cabinetry. Address any stains or damage and ensure all amenities are in working order. Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of RVs to identify and address any issues or areas needing additional attention. Maintenance: Report any mechanical or cosmetic issues to the service department for further repair or maintenance. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring RVs are prepared to the highest standards and addressing any customer concerns or requests. Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures. Inventory Management: Manage and use cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently and report any needs for replenishment. Requirements

Previous experience in detailing vehicles, especially RVs, is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred but not mandatory. A drivers record will be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
Requires standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Extended time walking.
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
Ability to work on a ladder.
