About The Position

• Primary responsibilities are to wash and detail trucks and equipment along with taking picture documentation of trucks and equipment

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • The ability to operate a high-pressure washing system and other detailing tools.
  • The ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment.
  • The ability to safely drive large trucks and equipment through the yard.
  • The ability to properly work and operate a smart device to take picture documentation, text, call & email.
  • The ability to recognize defects, deficiencies & issues while washing and picturing trucks and equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret documents.
  • Must also possess the ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of the organization.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form.
  • Highly detail oriented and organized in work. Acceptable written and oral communication skills. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with a customer service focus with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving and results. Must have initiative and the ability act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives. Must possess a strong desire to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Wash and detail interior and exterior of trucks and equipment.
  • Take high quality picture documentation of trucks and equipment.
  • The ability to safely move trucks in and out of the shop and around the yard to their designated area.
  • Communicate with supervisor to prioritize demand and tasks.
  • Use and maintain all necessary shop and personal equipment required to complete any tasks.
  • Keep shop area and yard neat, clean & organized.
  • Must have a working knowledge and understanding of safety requirements and practice them.
  • Must refer to MSDS when using any chemicals, substances, and materials, understanding the MSDS information, and abiding by MSDS required personal protective equipment. Must wear gloves, safety glasses and other PPE for all tasks requiring their use.
  • Must work with and for all departments in harmony.
  • Other duties assigned as needed
