About The Position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Detailer. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality work
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles, both interior and exterior, to meet company standards
• Inspect vehicles for any damage or areas requiring additional attention
• Utilize appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure a high-quality finish
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the detailing bay and equipment storage areas
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as safety guidelines
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
