About The Position

Cella Ford is looking for a Detailer to join our growing team! The Detailer will clean vehicles according to company standards or client specifications, which may include performing detail inspections, thoroughly washing, buffing, and waxing exteriors, vacuuming, steaming, and deodorizing interiors, and keeping records related to gas levels and the condition of the vehicle. Cella Ford Inc is seeking a Detailer to join our team in New Bern, NC. The Detailer will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements

Previous experience in automotive detailing or related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the job location.
Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
Ability to follow instructions
Positive attitude
Must be able to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

Clean and detail vehicles for the lot and for delivery.
Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles inside and out, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing.
Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues that may require repair or attention.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored.
Collaborate with service and sales departments to prepare vehicles for customer delivery.
Follow all safety and environmental guidelines while working with cleaning products and equipment.
Inspect each finished product
Clean areas of the dealership as needed
