About The Position

Crain Hyundai of Fort Smith is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles on our lot and in our service department are clean, polished, and showroom-ready. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of appearance and presentation that our customers expect.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive detailing or a similar role preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and detail both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing.
• Inspect vehicles for any cosmetic issues and report any damage or maintenance needs to management.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order and ensure the detailing area is clean and organized.
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery and showroom display.
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to prioritize vehicle detailing needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
