Requirements

• Previous detailing experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet productivity standards
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail new and pre-owned vehicles to dealership standards
• Perform interior and exterior detailing, including washing, waxing, buffing, and vacuuming
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and presentation before delivery
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery to ensure an exceptional first impression
• Maintain detailing equipment and work area in a clean and organized condition
• Move vehicles safely around the dealership lot and service areas
• Support the sales and service teams by ensuring vehicles are front-line ready
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures
