Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines consistently.

  • Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data accurately.
  • Strong work ethic and ethical approach to responsibilities.
  • Physical ability to perform detailing tasks (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles to dealership standards, including washing, polishing, buffing, vacuuming, and detailing.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and safe condition.
  • Accurately complete flag tickets and ensure correct charges.
  • Work toward achieving excellent quality assurance and above-market customer satisfaction scores.
  • Document repair processes and actions performed on vehicles with accuracy.
  • Operate vehicles safely in compliance with local and state laws.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
