About The Position
WHERE DO YOU WIN? Winner Subaru Volkswagen is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. This role is responsible for cleaning, restoring, and maintaining the appearance of vehicles inside and out. No prior experience is required—training will be provided. Previous detail experience is always a plus!
Requirements
- Ability to lift/stand/move for extended periods of time
- Valid driver’s license
- Attention to detail

- Strong passion for serving customers
Nice To Haves
- Previous Automotive Detail Experience Preferred
- Knowledge of detailer procedures, products, and methods (not required)
- Certifications Preferred (xPel, Ceramic, etc)
Responsibilities
- Wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors
- Vacuum and clean interior surfaces (seats, carpets, dashboards)
- Clean windows, mirrors, and trim
- Apply protective finishes as directed
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any issues
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
