Exterior Detailing: Washing, drying, waxing, and polishing vehicle surfaces, including paint, wheels, and glass. Reconditioning: Applying protective dressings to tires and applying waxes or protective sealants to the paint. Quality Control: Visually inspecting vehicles to ensure all detailing needs are met and the final quality of workmanship is high. Vehicle Operation: Moving and parking vehicles, and sometimes driving them to the correct locations. Tool and Equipment Use: Operating and maintaining various tools, such as buffers, vacuums, steamers, and application tools. Workplace Maintenance: Keeping the detailing work area neat and clean, and ensuring all supplies are stocked. Interior Detailing: Vacuuming and shampooing carpets and seats, cleaning and conditioning leather, deodorizing, and removing debris from cracks and crevices.
