About The Position
Vantage Auto Collection, a family-owned business established in 1981, is seeking an experienced detailer to join our dedicated team in Moonachie, NJ. We pride ourselves on providing a great work environment and are looking for someone who is committed to being part of our team for the long haul. As a detailer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the visual appeal and cleanliness of our vehicles, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of vehicle detailing, which includes buffing, polishing, and cleaning both the interiors and exteriors of cars. We are willing to provide training on specific techniques such as wetsanding, so a willingness to learn and adapt is essential. You will utilize a variety of products and methods to clean vehicles thoroughly and apply protective finishes to enhance their appearance. Attention to detail is paramount, as you will be required to perform inspections to ensure that each step of the cleaning process is completed to satisfaction. You will also complete a detailing checklist for each vehicle, assist in managing inventory, and reorder supplies as necessary. Additionally, maintaining the visual condition of vehicles in our showroom on a weekly basis is part of your responsibilities. Other related duties may be assigned as needed, making this a dynamic role within our team.
