About The Position

The Detailer Supervisor will lead a team of four at the Auto Mall, ensuring the quality of the detailing process and managing the schedules and appearance of showroom and lot vehicles. This role involves overseeing supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Highly professional and dependable
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Directs the work of the detail team including scheduling
• Inspects vehicles to ensure high detail standards are met
• Works alongside the detail team to meet deadlines
• Ensures the high standards of the showroom vehicles and lot vehicles is maintained
• Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
• Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs in an efficient manner by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions
• Demonstrates and follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules
