Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow manufacturer recommended procedures.
  • Ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand on feet for long periods and perform bending and lifting of light items.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test).

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of the car wash service lane and ensure vehicles are in top-notch condition for presentation to customers after a sale or service.
  • Perform exterior detailing including cleaning, restoring, and exceeding the original condition of the car's finish, chrome trim, windows, wheels, and tires.
  • Conduct interior detailing including cleaning floor mats, upholstery, vacuuming seats and flooring, and ensuring compartments and windows are clean.
  • Ensure the interior is dry to prevent mildew and that the cabin smells good using deodorizing products.
  • Wash, dry, and detail vehicles for customer delivery and prepare vehicles for lot inventory.
  • Maintain Asbury quality standards.
