About The Position

Teph Seal Auto Appearance is seeking Detail Specialists to join our team. We are looking for team players who excel in providing exemplary customer service in a fast-paced work environment. The positions available include Detail Specialist 1, requiring some experience, and Detail Specialist 2, requiring over 2 years of experience. The role involves maintaining the facilities of the store to produce high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service/products, courteous employees, and quick responses to inquiries and complaints. Responsibilities include driving, detailing, and cleaning vehicles.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of detailing experience.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Desire to treat each customer’s personal vehicle with great care and respect.
• Willingness to come to work on time and stay on task when on the clock.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles.
• Availability to work Saturday or Sunday and holidays as deemed necessary.

Responsibilities

• Wash the exterior of vehicles using various cleaning solutions.
• Wax and buff vehicles using cloths and buffing machines.
• Vacuum the interior of automobiles to remove dirt and debris.
• Clean upholstery and surfaces.
• Use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces.
• Apply preservation chemicals to surfaces for protection against spots and stains.
• Use different types of dyes, paints, and waxes to protect the leather or fabric of vehicles.
• Clean and remove grease on engines or engine compartments.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management due to operational needs.
