Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old.
A valid state driver’s license with minimal moving violations in the past three years.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective communication skills.
Dependable and motivated to support a team-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Clean, inspect, and prepare vehicles for sale to ensure they meet dealership standards.
Maintain the appearance of the dealership, including snow removal and landscaping tasks.
Evaluate vehicles for safety and necessary maintenance prior to staging them for sale.
