About The Position

Superior Auto, Inc. is a growing, regional automotive Buy Here, Pay Here dealership that is seeking an Detailer/Lot Attendant to join our team. Superior-auto.com Benefits: Flexible work week. No Sunday or late-night retail hours. Dealerships are open 9 am-6 pm Monday-Friday and 9 am-4 pm Saturdays. Paid time off includes vacation, holidays, your birthday, sick and personal time. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to communicate effectively
• A valid state driver’s license, with limited moving violations within the last 3 years
• Strong attention to detail

• Saturday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
• Sunday: Closed
• 40 hour work week

Responsibilities

• Maintain the dealership inventory by cleaning, inspecting, and preparing vehicles for sale.
• Maintain the appearance of the dealership/lot, including snow removal, and landscaping.
• Evaluate all vehicles for safety, and any maintenance repairs that need to be addressed before the vehicle is staged for sale.
• Ensure that the vehicles and dealership are following our Lot Presentation guidelines.
• Assist the collections team with repossession and field collections following the Company guidelines.
