About The Position

To create shop sheets and drawings for the production of doors, frames and etc. Communicate in a professional manner with customers, production and other employees to ensure accurate product fabrication. Update information in the FileMaker computer system and follow-up on jobs that are in hold, on an as needed basis. Complete other projects as assigned.

Requirements

• High school Diploma/GED.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications.
• High energy with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Create work orders for production from drawings and order forms supplied by customers.
• Work with customers to provide them with the correct product for their application.
• Handle any special projects that are assigned.
• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with internal and external customers
