Detailer / Car Washer
About The Position
Luther INEOS Grenadier, a well-known dealership group, is looking for a skilled Porter/Car Washer to join our team in St. Louis Park, MN. With over 60 years of experience, Luther continues to uphold its family values and dedication to serving our guests, team members, and communities. As a porter/carwasher, you will play a key role in maintaining the appearance and readiness of vehicles on our lot and in our facility. You'll ensure vehicles are clean, polished, and presentable for guests and service. Your work helps create a positive first impression and supports our brand's high standards of guest experience. $16-$18/hour
Requirements
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Capability to follow instructions accurately
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly wash, rinse, squeegee, and wax all customer vehicles
- Perform detailed cleaning with short notice
- Remove stickers from vehicles with precision
- Aid in lot maintenance including fueling and organizing vehicles
- Manage waiting room refreshments
- Provide shuttle services for guests as needed
- Operate tools and equipment safely
- Immediately report any safety concerns to management
