About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and meticulous RV Detail Technician to join our team. This seasonal role primarily involves ensuring every sold RV is spotless and ready for delivery. Daily tasks include reviewing scheduled units and thoroughly cleaning each trailer from top to bottom. The technician will work on both new and older trade-in RVs, ensuring they meet high standards and provide an excellent first impression to customers.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background and drug test
• Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must be able to work some Saturdays

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Review the daily schedule to identify which RVs need detailing
• Clean interior and exterior surfaces thoroughly, including floors, windows, appliances, and upholstery
• Inspect each RV for any visible damage or maintenance needs and report findings to the service department
• Ensure all compartments, storage areas, and tanks are clean and free of debris
• Use proper cleaning chemicals and tools safely and efficiently
• Organize and maintain detailing equipment and supplies
• Communicate with sales and service teams about the status of detailed units
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment
