About The Position

The Detail Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the appearance and condition of vehicles by performing thorough cleaning, polishing, and restoration tasks. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field.
  • Ability to work standing for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

  • Knowledge of various cleaning products and their appropriate uses.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive cleaning of vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, cleaning upholstery, and treating leather surfaces.
  • Execute exterior detailing tasks such as washing, waxing, polishing, and paint correction to restore and protect vehicle finishes.
  • Inspect vehicles for cosmetic defects and report any damage or maintenance needs to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain and operate detailing equipment and supplies safely and efficiently, ensuring all tools are clean and in good working order.
  • Manage time effectively to detail multiple vehicles daily while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
