About The Position
Cox Automotive is seeking a Detail Technician I to join our Vehicle Operations team. This position is an individual contributor role that requires working on-site at a specified Cox location. The Detail Technician will be responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles, ensuring they meet the high standards expected by our customers. The role includes a variety of tasks such as cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles, applying chemicals, and buffing surfaces. The position offers an hourly base pay rate ranging from $13.37 to $20.00 per hour, with potential for additional compensation through commissions and incentives. A sign-on bonus of $1,000 is also available, paid out in two installments after 30 and 90 days of employment.
