About The Position

As a member of the Detail Team, the individual is expected to have a relentless passion for the little things, demonstrating diligence, determination, and commitment to inspiring, empowering, and supporting a culture of cleanliness. The role involves improving the lives of staff and members and is driven by constant improvement and an unyielding commitment to detail. The Detail Team Member ensures the highest level of facility cleanliness and safety through proactive monitoring and completion of assigned custodial tasks. This position requires excellent customer service through daily duties and interactions, demonstrating qualities such as being project-oriented, having effective communication skills, being personable, attentive, responsive, diligent, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• Demonstrate ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be available and able to work any day of the week (including holidays).
• PC literate, including basic report-writing skills.
• Must obtain and maintain valid CPR/AED certification (including infant and child) within the first 45 days of employment.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a similar position or in janitorial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Detail, clean, and disinfect all internal and external areas of the club, including walkways and the parking lot.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs, including but not limited to trash removal, locker room cleaning, and re-racking weights.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
• Communicate politely and respectfully with all team members.
• Maintain an organized facility for members to utilize at all times.
• Assist with large projects under supervision (e.g., painting).
