About The Position

U-Haul is seeking new team members to clean and detail its newest trucks and trailer fleet, ensuring equipment is in top condition for customers. This role offers a career opportunity at U-Haul, allowing individuals to learn on the job and advance to other positions within the company. Working in the detail bays is an entry point to a career at U-Haul, providing a chance to grow through the Technician Training Program, which includes classes from Ford, GMC, and U-Haul. The company provides necessary tools and a supportive family atmosphere with long-term team members. Detailers will use U-Haul Company’s proprietary technology to maintain field vehicles, with ample support and tools for success and career growth.

Requirements

Driver’s license
The ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
Regular attendance

Responsibilities

Clean and buff trucks and trailers.
Handle damaged equipment leaving the fleet by removing decals and preparing equipment for sale.
Use industry standard safety equipment.
Work in a production line
Team Members are expected to willingly lend assistance in additional areas as necessary, following the directives and guidance of their supervisor.
