Auto Detailing & More is seeking an organized and dependable Office Assistant to support daily operations in our car detail shop. This role handles administrative tasks, guest communication, scheduling, and assisting the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds with or without assistance.
  • Positive attitude and desire to provide outstanding, professional guest services.
  • All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing to include a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guest in person and over the phone in a friendly, professional manner
  • Schedule detailing appointments and manage the daily workflow calendar
  • Create invoices, process payments, and handle basic cash/card transactions
  • Maintain accurate guest records and vehicle information
  • Monitor Cilajet re-application log and communicate with guest and warranty company
  • Communicate job details and special requests to the detailing team
  • Document all performed work on repair order in proper/approved process
  • Support management with reports, emails, and general administrative tasks
  • Ensure the office area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by direct supervisors.
