We’re seeking an experienced Auto Detail Manager with 3–5 years of dealership detail shop leadership. This is a hands-on working manager role responsible for overseeing daily shop operations while actively participating in vehicle detailing.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of detail management experience (dealership preferred)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work a 6‑day schedule
- Team‑oriented leadership style
- Ability to multi‑task and stay organized under pressure
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- A valid driver's license and a good driving record
