About The Position

About the Role & Program: The Disney Entertainment Marketing Strategy & Operations Intern, Summer/Fall 2026, will join the dynamic team at Disney Entertainment Television. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are curious, eager to learn, and passionate about the entertainment industry. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in marketing strategy and operations, contributing to the creation of award-winning content for Disney's streaming platforms and broadcast networks. This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Burbank, California area from June 2026 - January 2027. What You Will Do: The Marketing Strategy & Operations team is looking for a Summer/Fall 2026 Intern who will be an outstanding addition to the team! In this role, you’ll work closely with marketing leaders to support business strategy, day-to-day operations, and reporting needs. You’ll help evaluate and improve processes, contribute to high-priority initiatives, and partner with executive stakeholders to move projects forward. We’re seeking someone with strong operations and data analysis experience, excellent communication skills, and sharp attention to detail. Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with structured planning, clear priorities, and consistent on time completion.
  • Direct experience with project management and project management tools like Airtable
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Looker, Tableau or Excel
  • Prior experience in marketing or business domains, either through internships or work assignments
  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
  • Fully available from June 2026 through January 2027
  • Fully available from Monday through Friday, for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
  • Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Burbank, California area
  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the DET Marketing team with strategic projects relating to marketing functions
  • Assisting in gathering and analyzing marketing data to help inform team decisions
  • Helping prepare reports, presentations, and materials for leadership meetings and planning sessions
  • Documenting processes than can help identify opportunities to improve team workflows
  • Keeping leaders updated on Marketing activities through weekly executive reports and communications
  • Identifing processes that can help automate marketing workflows with emerging technologies that help free up staff for more strategic tasks.
