The end user support teams is comprised of 30 technicians across 3 different managers supporting all the major hospitals. This technician will work his 15 other onsite employees. The current need for this PC technician is to help elevate some of the pressure as they are upgrading 20,000 end points. They will also play a role in the continuing to support Windows 10 to Windows 11. Duties: This technician will be taking tickets via ServiceNow and troubleshooting a variety of issues. This might include network connectivity, blue screen of death, BitLocker, applications not showing up on a device, printers not working, imaging devices, e-recycling equipment, installing monitors, Zebra printer issues, building machines, and much more. They have a standardized process to follow for imaging devices. They are using SCCM to update them, the ability to be fully building the devices. Skills within updating a device or migrating from Windows 10 to 11 is a nice to have. They will be upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and eventually transiting to virtual desktops in the winter of 2026.
