About The Position

The Desktop Support Engineer role at Princeton IT Services involves providing technical support to ensure the efficient operation of end-user computing environments. Requirements

  • Familiarity with tools like Active Directory, SCCM, or Intune.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
  • Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator (preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • iOS experience (1 year preferred)
  • Windows experience (1 year preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage user accounts, password resets, and permissions in Active Directory.
  • Support IT infrastructure, including video conferencing and office equipment.
  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory and documentation.
  • Provide basic training to users on software and IT policies.
