About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician with a specialization in Print and Meeting Room Support to join our IT team. The successful candidate will provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and meeting room equipment, with a focus on resolving print and meeting room-related issues. This role is crucial in ensuring that all desktop and meeting room technologies function smoothly, allowing for efficient operations within the organization. The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktop hardware and software, as well as providing support for various meeting room technologies, including video conferencing systems and presentation equipment. In this position, you will be expected to install, configure, and maintain print servers and printers, manage print queues, and resolve any print-related issues that may arise. Collaboration with other IT teams is essential to ensure seamless support and to document incident resolutions accurately. Staying up to date with new technologies and trends in desktop support, printing, and meeting room technology is also a key aspect of this role, as it will help in providing the best possible support to users and improving overall service delivery.
