About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician with a specialization in Print and Meeting Room Support to join our IT team. The successful candidate will provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and meeting room equipment, with a focus on resolving print and meeting room-related issues. This role is critical in ensuring that all desktop and meeting room technologies function smoothly, allowing for efficient operations within the organization. The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktop hardware and software, as well as providing support for various meeting room technologies, including video conferencing systems and presentation equipment. In this position, you will be tasked with installing, configuring, and maintaining print servers and printers, managing print queues, and resolving any print-related issues that may arise. You will collaborate closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless support and documentation of incident resolutions. Staying up to date with new technologies and trends in desktop support, printing, and meeting room technology will be essential to your success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and end-users alike.
