About The Position

The Desktop Support Technician at RL Canning is responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to desktop systems, applications, and peripherals, particularly during the upgrade from Windows 10 to 11. This role involves creating and maintaining documentation, coordinating support efforts with IT teams, and providing end-user support. The technician will also conduct software testing and assist with the installation and configuration of end-user devices.
