About The Position

The Desktop Support Technician will provide essential technical support and maintenance for computer equipment within a large healthcare organization. This role focuses on assisting staff with technological issues, performing routine maintenance, configuring software and hardware, and ensuring smooth operations across new clinics in the Orange County, Los Angeles, and Inland Empire areas.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a Tier II IT helpdesk or Desktop Support Technician role.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting a Windows environment.
  • 4+ years of experience with ticketing systems.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a hospital environment.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • High School diploma.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong communication skills.
  • A+, N+, S+, or CCNA Certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot computer equipment and software for users within the organization.
  • Provide on-site technical support to staff in various clinics.
  • Perform routine updates to system software and hardware configurations.
  • Utilize ticketing systems to track and resolve technical issues.
  • Travel to different clinic locations as needed using a company vehicle.
