TEKsystems will provide a team of technical resources that will perform technical activities to assist in a Windows 11 deployment for our client's users across the various departments at our client's communities over an estimated eighteen weeks. Duties will include assisting with the deployment of devices that are pre-imaged and network connected. The technicians will need to asset tag the device, remove the old hardware and cabling, set up the new device and turn it on to ensure it works correctly. TEKsystems’ technical team will also assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise with the deployed device. TEKsystems’ team will conduct re-imaging and life-cycling of devices from Windows 10 to Windows 11 based on our client's requirements. TEKsystems’ team will also assist with other onsite initiatives when needed that include Windows 11 upgrades, lifecycles, and in-place upgrades, and M365 OneDrive/J: migrations that may include manual installs.
