Desktop Support Technician
About The Position
We are looking for some help with the following: 1. Image Dell laptops (mostly done already so this is a nice to have) 2. Deploy Dell laptops for customers who previously used Dell (windows 11 upgrade) 3. Roll out devices to large groups at a time so presentation skills are required 4. Individual rollouts Show users how to access email, collaboration tools and download their applications Scheduling meetings with users to deploy the laptops Tracking the laptops deployments data Reclaim devices and track information Follow up with customers on experiences and issues with not being ready to reclaim old laptops
Requirements
- Ability to communication with customers
- Great customer service
- Ability to drive vehicle to remote sites
- Knowledge of O365 and Windows 11
- Ability to use Microsoft Suite (excel)
