About The Position

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our IT Support team. In this role, you’ll provide essential technical assistance to employees experiencing software, hardware, and connectivity issues.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Windows 11 configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of installation, configuration, and problem resolution.
  • Experience supporting BYOD environments and MAM tools.
  • Knowledge of wired/wireless connectivity concepts and troubleshooting methods.

Nice To Haves

  • MacOS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the incident management queue and resolve support requests within company guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot escalated issues from the Service Desk and deliver high-quality, customer-focused support.
  • Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and networking issues following established procedures.
  • Support employees accessing corporate data on personal devices using mobile application management (MAM) tools such as Microsoft Authenticator, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of company PC assets and update asset records as needed.
