The Part-Time Desktop Support Technician provides first-level technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. This role supports the installation and configuration of equipment, ensures timely issue resolution, and delivers a high level of customer service during extended support hours (7:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM). 2 shifts Available 7am-1pm 5pm-11pm
