About The Position

This is an onsite full-time opportunity with a Fortune 500 company. As a Level 2 Desktop Support Technician, you will provide quality day-to-day Level II hands-on and remote end-user support with high customer satisfaction and technical expertise. You will troubleshoot complex end-user hardware, software, application, mobile device, and peripheral problems. Requirements

  • Minimum 4-year experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills and white glove service experience
  • Experience in troubleshooting issues in M365 office applications and MS Teams
  • Experience in a ticketing system, preferably ServiceDesk plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level technical support for end-user hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Respond to requests and issues, including installing, monitoring, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and software for optimal workstation performance.
  • Execute the new hires and leavers process including deployment, equipment returns, and replacements
  • Update the asset information in the ITSM or ITAM record and prepare devices for disposal
