About The Position

The Desktop Support Technician II demonstrates a broad set of IT technical skills and advanced troubleshooting techniques. This role serves as the primary point of contact for end-user IT Help Desk tickets. All Desktop Support Technicians report to the IT Manager, Support. What You'll Do

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Comfortable with ticket tracking systems
  • Prior experience in customer service
  • Excellent understanding of computing concepts
  • Good understanding of computer networks
  • Good understanding of system administration
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Operating Systems: Windows, macOS, Linus, iOS, Android
  • Ability to work on-site at a Lulus' location (this is not a remote position)

Nice To Haves

  • Technical certifications
  • Experience with technical writing
  • Experience with various common software products (0365, Okta, Slack, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • General hardware and software support
  • Advanced technical troubleshooting with local & remote users
  • Process Help Desk tickets and aid in the proper flow of ticket queues
  • Heavy communication directly with customers when processing tickets
  • Delegate/Escalate tickets to others as needed
  • IT asset and inventory management in the asset database
