Requirements

  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of desktop support experience in a mid-to-large environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills
  • Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Experience supporting Microsoft client-server environments
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, simple terms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards
  • Reliable transportation and ability to safely travel between locations

Nice To Haves

  • Industry certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, and phones
  • Install, relocate, and maintain equipment across multiple sites
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
  • Support IT components of medical devices and clinical technology
  • Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
  • Communicate ticket updates and provide timely follow-up to users
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues
  • Assist with enterprise systems and IT initiatives
  • Travel locally to support installs, upgrades, and troubleshooting
  • Provide status updates and reports to IT leadership
