Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree program.
• Basic understanding of desktop support principles and practices.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and its functionalities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Provide technical support to end-users.
• Ensure all desktop systems are running smoothly.
• Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint sites.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, system documentation, and process manuals.

• Hourly rate for an undergraduate student intern in New York is $18.
• Hourly rate for a graduate student intern in New York is $22.
